The customer buys directly from us and you look after them. We invoice; you receive ongoing compensation for the contracts you manage. No invoicing, no bad debt, no chasing payment. You sell your consulting, not software.
Become a certified AutoFlow expert, build automations for Business Central users and earn from it, as an affiliate or as a listed reseller.
The hard part is not the editor. It is the question before it: which process is worth automating at all, where does it actually snag, and what has to be right in the master data first.
That is consulting, and we do not do it at every customer ourselves. Hence this programme: for people who know Business Central and work with the people using it, explicitly including those with no development team and no Microsoft partner status.
Every company on Business Central has a list of processes that run by hand. What is missing is rarely the tool. It is somebody who sits down, takes the process apart and decides which part of it can be automated. In most companies that role is vacant.
Without a development team this field used to be hard to serve: you could spot the need but not deliver on it. With a graphical platform that shifts: delivery happens inside the consulting session, and not as a quote for the following month.
Consulting is paid per session and stops when the session ends. Through the affiliate or reseller model the customers you look after also carry an ongoing share, one that keeps running while you are sitting with the next customer.
The training has three stages, and each ends at a real process rather than a multiple-choice test: foundations, then building on that, then a certification where you build a process and justify it: why that trigger, why that check, what happens when it fails.
The AutoFlow Academy, where this lives as a structured course, opens in the next few weeks. Anyone joining the programme now is in the first cohort, and until then works through it alongside us.
You do not have to pick one for good. It depends on the individual customer, and running both is normal.
The customer buys directly from us and you look after them. We invoice; you receive ongoing compensation for the contracts you manage. No invoicing, no bad debt, no chasing payment. You sell your consulting, not software.
The customer buys from you. You are listed as a reseller, purchase on partner terms and invoice yourself, with everything that entails: invoicing, collection, and being first in line for licence questions. You build the flows at the customer yourself, and we sit in on the first project.
Access is part of the programme, and the first experts are its first participants. The course covers the decision that comes before the editor: which process is worth automating. Until it opens, you work through your own customer cases alongside us.
It ends with a process you built and justified, not a ticked questionnaire. That is also why we can pass the list of certified experts on with a clear conscience.
Users looking for help ask us first. We would like to be able to answer.
One person on our side who knows your customers. No ticket form.
Ready-made blocks as a starting point for any customer process, and a place to publish your own templates under your name.
Affiliate or reseller, decided per customer and switchable at any time. Joining and certification cost nothing. As a reseller you buy on partner terms and keep the margin; as an affiliate you receive an ongoing commission on the contracts you look after. We go through the rates in conversation.
We look at which customers you work with and where automation would start for them.
Triggers, steps, branching and, more important than any of it, error handling.
Subflows, external systems, logging, and what a flow should deliberately not do.
A real process, built and justified. After that you are in the expert directory.
Joining the programme is free, and so are training and certification. Margins, commission rates and support contingents we go through in conversation, as they depend on the path and the partner level.
No. What counts here is that you work with Business Central users and understand their processes. Development experience is not required. AutoFlow exists precisely so you can do without it.
In the next few weeks. The first experts in the programme are its first participants, and access is included for them. Until the start, onboarding runs alongside us on your own customer cases.
Yes, and you can run both at once. It depends on the customer: some want an invoice from you, others want to buy from the vendor directly.
Then the compensation for that customer ends. We do not work with protection periods nobody can verify. Whoever does the work earns.
Anyone who knows Business Central is within days at the point of being able to build something at a customer. Certification takes longer, because it needs a real process, and that depends more on the customer's calendar than on you.
The reseller margin sits above the affiliate commission, because as a reseller you take on the invoicing and the payment risk. Joining and certification cost you nothing. We go through the rates in conversation, as they depend on the model and the volume.
One conversation is usually enough to see which path fits. No sales process, no pitch.
